What to include

1. Your name, and contact details (email; postal address and phone if available).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The exact address (URL) of each page on membertape.com and the specific content concerned.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every complete notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable the content concerned, usually within a few business days, and confirm by email. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the same details.
