Request a correction or removal
MemberTape pages show public data from the Whop marketplace. If you sell a product we track, or you are a rights holder, you can ask us to correct or remove a page by writing to legal@membertape.com.
How to ask
- The address of the page (for example
https://membertape.com/p/<product>/). - What you want: a correction of a specific figure, or removal of the page.
- A way to confirm you represent the product or store — for example, send the email from an address listed on your Whop store, or mention this request in your store's description or community.
How we handle requests
- Factual errors are corrected once confirmed against Whop's public data.
- Removal: we remove a page when the seller confirms they represent the store, or when the page contains personal data or content that should not be published. Removed pages return “not found”.
- We do not change figures that match what Whop publishes, add or remove stamps, or reorder lists on request, and we never accept payment to do so.
- We reply to every request, usually within a few business days.
