How to cancel a Whop membership
Every product on Whop is cancelled the same way, from your Whop account — not from the seller's Discord or website. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
On the web
- Sign in at whop.com with the account you paid from.
- Open Profile → Orders.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel membership.
In the Whop app
- Tap your profile picture.
- Select Manage Orders.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel membership.
What happens next
- Whop emails you a confirmation of the cancellation.
- You are not charged again unless you subscribe again.
- Cancelling is not a refund. A refund for the current period has to be requested separately and follows the creator's own refund policy.
- If a plan starts with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the first paid period.
